IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING THE AGREEMENT
- Students must apply online to be included in the destined course.
- A copy of any education certificate obtained by the applicant, national identity card or birth registration, and one passport size photograph should be submitted to the institution.
- The assigned course fee must be paid in full before the class starts.
- Course fee is not refundable once it paid.
- During the training period, the students must refrain from any kind of misconduct, hate speech towards each other, or from doing unjust acts like a physical injury.
- If a student damages the computer or any kind of stuff of the institution during the class, he/she will have to bear the cost of compensation.
- If a student needs leave, he/she can take leave through a written application. However, if he/she is absent from the class without a written application, he/she will have to pay a fine of Tk 20 per class.
- If the amount of absence in the class is more than 3 days, then the reason for the absence must be stated in writing along with the fine.
- If a student is absent from class for 10 consecutive days or more without any notice to the authorities, the student's admission will be deemed canceled. However, if the student wants to be continued the course, he must re-register by depositing Tk 1,200.
- The student has to collect his/her training certificate from the institution within three months of completion of the training.
- Also, in the interest of the institution, if any kind of decision is taken by the authorities at any time, all the students will be bound to abide by it.

ভর্তি ও প্রশিক্ষণ সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলী
গুরুত্বপূর্ণ : চুক্তি গ্রহণের আগে দয়া করে যত্ন সহকারে পড়ুন
- শিক্ষার্থীকে নির্ধারিত কোর্সে অন্তর্ভুক্ত হওয়ার জন্য অবশ্যই অনলাইনে আবেদন করতে হবে।
- আবেদনকারী কর্তৃক অর্জিত যেকোনো একটি শিক্ষা সনদ, জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্র অথবা জন্ম নিবন্ধন এর ফটোকপি এবং পাসপোর্ট সাইজের এক কপি ছবি প্রতিষ্ঠানে জমা দিতে হবে।
- ক্লাস শুরুর আগে অবশ্যই ধার্যকৃত কোর্স ফি সম্পূর্ণ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
- পরিশোধিত কোর্স ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
- প্রশিক্ষণ চলাকালীন সময়ে শিক্ষার্থীরা একে অপরের সাথে কোনরূপ অসদাচরণ বা বিদ্বেষমূলক কথা বলা কিংবা শারীরিকভাবে আঘাত করার মতো অন্যায় কাজ থেকে শতভাগ বিরত থাকতে হবে।
- ক্লাস চলাকালীন সময়ে যদি কোনো শিক্ষার্থী প্রতিষ্ঠানের কম্পিউটার কিংবা অন্যান্য আসবাবপত্রের ক্ষতিসাধন করে তাহলে এর ক্ষতিপূরণ বাবদ ব্যয়ভার তাকেই বহন করতে হবে।
- কোনো শিক্ষার্থীর ছুটির প্রয়োজন হলে লিখিত দরখাস্তের মাধ্যমে ছুটি নিতে পারবে। তবে লিখিত দরখাস্ত ব্যতীত ক্লাসে অনুপস্থিত থাকালে প্রতি ক্লাসের জন্য ২০ টাকা হারে জরিমানা প্রদান করতে হবে।
- ক্লাসে অনুপস্থিতির পরিমাণ যদি ৩ দিনের বেশি হয় তবে অবশ্যই জরিমানার পাশাপাশি অনুপস্থিতির কারণও লিখিত আকারে জানাতে হবে।
- যদি কোন শিক্ষার্থী কর্তৃপক্ষকে কোন ধরনের অবহিতকরণ ব্যতীত টানা ১০ দিন বা তারও বেশি সময় ক্লাসে অনুপস্থিত থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে সেই শিক্ষার্থীর ভর্তি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। তবে উক্ত শিক্ষার্থী যদি নিজেকে সংশ্লিষ্ট কোর্সে যুক্ত রাখতে চায় তাহলে তাকে অবশ্যই ১২০০ টাকা জমা দিয়ে পুনরায় রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে।
- প্রশিক্ষণ সম্পন্ন হওয়ার তিন মাসের মধ্যে প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে শিক্ষার্থীকে তার প্রশিক্ষণ সনদ সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
- এছাড়াও প্রতিষ্ঠানের স্বার্থে কর্তৃপক্ষ যেকোনো সময় যেকোনো ধরনের সিদ্ধান্ত নিলে সকল শিক্ষার্থী তা মানতে বাধ্য থাকিবে।
